Class of 1972 45th Reunion
It's reunion time Class of 1972!
As you may recall, our class established the Class of 1972 Endowed Scholarship Fund as part of the celebrations for our 40th reunion in 2012. In the fall of 2016, the scholarship fund distributed its first award in the Class of 1972's name.
We should be proud that we, as a class, are helping future Pioneers in this meaningful way. Without the continued support from the Carroll donor community, Carroll would be unable to provide the level of scholarship assistance and financial aid packages to today's deserving students. We are part of a legacy of individuals who help make the Carroll experience a reality. When we think back on our time at Carroll, we reflect on many cherished memories. It provided us with a strong liberal arts foundation as well as critical thinking, adaptability and communication skills.
In preparation for our 50th reunion in just a few years, let's work to make an even bigger impact on current and future Carroll students. Over the next five years, it is our goal to raise an additional $75,000 for our class endowed scholarship fund. That would bring our endowed scholarship fund total to $100,000 and allow us to provide around $4,000 in scholarship awards to students each year! To get started, we're using this crowdfunding page to raise the first $10,000. Let's show these future alumni what it means to be a Pioneer. They will be celebrating their 45th reunion one day, and they'll look back on the legacy classes like ours have created for inspiration.
And, don't forget to register for our 45th reunion and Carroll's Homecoming weekend on October 6-8, 2017. We hope you will consider attending to reconnect with old friends and see all the exciting things happening at our alma mater.
