The Greek Community is incredibly grateful for all of the support our students, alumni, and advisors have shown toward helping us reach our fundraising goal of $3000. As we begin to approach our deadline, here are a few things that happened in Wright House that in the future will benefit from your contributions:
New Member Retreat: Our Spring New Member Retreat utilizes Wright House for team building, goal setting, and learning about our Greek Community. In the picture below, you can see some of our new members creatively problem solving and working on communication skills.
Wright House Party for Alcohol Awareness & Education Week: The Greek Life Staff supports our Alcohol Awareness and Education week programming by sponsoring a substance free house party. This event is open to all of campus and provides a safe and enjoyable environment for students to hang out on a Friday night.
To help students participate by donating smaller amounts of money, we hosted Cupcakes and Coffee in the Wright House Kitchen for those who donated spare change. If we reach our fundraising goal, we may be able to make a Coffee Hour a regular event in Wright House to help members meet each other and relax before or after class.
Greek Life is about family and friendship. Please take a moment to share our campaign with a brother, sister, friend, or colleague. If each of our current donors were able to get one more $20 donor, we would make our goal!
Thank you again!
