RecSports Rejuvenation - Forever a Pioneer
Setting a new standard...for all current and future students, faculty and staff...in a first-class way.
The Carroll University Department of Recreational Sports is striving to equip workout space in a brand new fitness center inside Prairie Hall. Because of space limitations and structural demands in Ganfield Gymnasium, RecSports will soon have access to a new functional training space. While Ganfield received a much needed exterior and interior face-lift this summer, it does not meet the demands our current student population has for fitness and wellness, and the work did not provide for the furnishings inside. Our department is now taking the initiative to raise the funds needed to complete the beautiful new space.
Outside of class, our students, staff, and faculty continue to look for a place to work out, unwind, relieve stress, and have fun with friends and co-workers. With your help, they will be able to utilize state-of-the-art equipment in a modern, functional setting. Furnishing and decorating the new fitness center in a first-class way will also help Carroll University to recruit and retain quality prospective students and student-athletes in the years to come.
RecSports wants to acknowledge Carroll University leaders, who have recognized the importance of Recreational Sports as a part of Student Activities as well as the impact it provides outside of the classroom. The health and wellness of the Carroll Community is critical to the success of the University moving forward.
With your generosity, we can turn this space into a special place that both preserves our past and pushes our current and future students to new heights. Donors giving $50 or more will be recognized through a "Forever A Pioneer" recognition space in the Prairie RecSports Fitness Center.
